Ryanair to offer household and car insurance

Ryanair has teamed up with Equity Insurance Group to market its insurance policies online. The company's website is to offer policies underwritten by Equity's Red Star subsidiary for its motor insurance policies and Equity will act as a broker for it's household insurance policies, they will also offer insurance for overseas properties which Ryanair hope will impress its 18 million UK passengers who travel with them each year.
